My best friend and I stayed for a birthday weekend and we had the most relaxing and peaceful time. Loved the view and the fire pit. Karen was extremely helpful!

Decided to getaway for a peaceful retreat, I couldn’t be more happier with this beautiful beach rental!! Nick & Karen were great in communication and made things seamless! Views were beautiful, close to town, beautiful layout and a comfortable bed! Even got to see a couple of Eagles on the beach right in front of the house!! Would definitely recommend and will be back!!

Nick and Karen’s cottage was clean, quiet, comfortable and cozy. The view of Lake Huron from the cottage was awesome. Beautiful sunrises, breathtaking full moonrises. A wonderful escape from the busy city.

This was a really cute cottage. It was very clean,had comfortable beds and a great patio area with fire pit! The private access to the water was nice. Amazing to watch the sunrise on the water! The host prepared a nice book with lots of instructions and information and was very responsive.

I stayed at Nick and Karen’s for a few days with my elderly parents. Their cottage was one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed! Bedding, towels, mattresses etc. were high end. The views from the cottage are exceptional and you could fall asleep to the sound of the waves from the lake. The sunrises were spectacular as well. Karen was responsive and welcoming. She even contacted me to let me know of a cancellation she had so that we could stay a day longer. The location was perfect….we went into Tawas and Oscoda for some shopping and dining. Cannot wait to come back to this beautifully undated cottage.

We had a group of 9. There was plenty of room for all of us to sleep, eat together, and play yard games. Short walk to the beach and a nice little coffee shop across the street.

I am more than happy to write a review for this house. We had a great time. Walking in the door, right away you could just relax. Everything was clean. Every room was well stocked with easy to find items. The house was spacious even for my large family. The beds were all comfortable. Each room had large closet space to hang clothes and put away luggage. The location was ideal with the beach just behind you and a cute coffee shop across the street. The owners were very sweet and extremely helpful with any questions. I look forward to staying here next year.
